Meter Maid Part 2

I woke up at 9:18 today, i'm supposed to be at work by 9:30 -.- so i called my manager about being late, got ready really quick, jumped into my car and got to work by 9:45. anyway, i got kinda busy at work and i forgot to check my car, so by then it's like 11 something -.- so i'm like shit, and j-walked acrossed the street to check on my car... it's one hour parking. i got a ticket -.- i dunno why but i decided to check my tires anyway... but there are no marks. checked both tires again. no marks. wtf? and looked at my ticket, "oh, it's for no front license plate... again" -.- that totally sucks. stupid brother.

so while i'm looking at the ticket, this guy came up to me and asked me, "are there any marks?" "oh no, it's a ticket for no front license plate." he start telling me how if i put my plate on the dashboard, it's not legal but it prevents the ticket, he said. and then he told me how he's gotten two tickets on the same day on that side of the street. mentioned how there are no marks, they are getting lazy marking them. (carlos' incident popped in my head) and then complimented my car, said good luck, and went on his way...

so lunch time rolls around and i'm standing outside waiting for my coworker to come out... while enjoying the five min sunshine... and i noticed the car parked in front of our building got a ticket. so i got curious and checked on his tires.... two... three... times... no marks. checked his ticket to see why he got it: over one hr limit. OK... where's the mark? then i realized the car behind it also got a ticket, no mark either. WTF? so i'm walking around back and forth checking all their tires. NO MARKS! my coworker walked out and said, "are you lost?" so i told him about my situation and i'm wondering how they mark it... and the more we walked down the street, about 90% of the cars on it got a ticket. NO marks on their tires. our street got attacked. good thing i didnt park on my side of the street today. but i wondered how the hell they are doing it.

i checked the bumper to see if they marked there... not that i can see... wtf? i dunno how they do are doing it? are they seriously writing down discription or/and license plate number for each car? or are they just giving out tickets if it SEEMS like they've been there a while?

Edited: the same coworker i went to lunch with gave me a piece of paper that talked about electronic tire marking. it's a pdf file, fyi

With ParkTrak Pro’s handheld License Plate Recognition technology, a flick of the chalkstick is turned into a click of the trigger. Each click records plate, date, time, and location, while simultaneously comparing duration of stay, distance moved (if any), and scofflaw status. Officers are automatically prompted to issue a ticket when a vehicle reaches overtime status. Flexible software allows for an individual license number’s total time duration to be calculated by stall, block face, street, programmable distance or zones. Added benefits include capturing a wealth of parker statistical data, and best of all electronic chalk marks… THAT CAN’T BE WIPED AWAY…

hug me and dont let go

this week starting at April 3rd...

This week starting Sunday, April 3rd, marks the worse week i've had to live in my life... and it's not even over yet -.- i dunno if it's just the shit that has been going on, because i'm sick or my mood has just been bad... either way, little things that i dont think used to get me is starting to get me. i'm way more sensitive than usual and i've been getting upset really easily. my throat is not feeling well. my head always have this little headache going on. and i'm starting to feel that 90% of the fans that call are idiots.

"no, i will not tell you what the address to the venue is, look it up yourself you idiot!"
"no i cannot sell you tickets for tonight, we've closed that show TWO FUCKING WEEKS AGO, you idiot!"
"no, you did not purcahse the sound check tickets. sound check was not available for that show, idiot!"
let me tell you a little about this fan. she then said we were misleading about it. and i'm like "no, i'm sorry but we havent had many of this issue before" she was actually the first one... so it's NOT misleading

and worse of all? they are all maroon 5 fans. -.- but after working here, no offense to those who live in the east coast, but i think a lot of the east coast ppl are mean and stupid! you dunno the shit we went through when Rob Thomas solo tour went on sale for NY and Boston and got sold out within 20 mins. So i thought it was RT fans, but the RT fans from SF was not like that and it was the same situation. so after these three NY show that M5 is doing this week and the phone calls i've been getting about it... i concluded that a lot of east coast ppl are mean and stupid.... and that sucks because i love M dearly and i dont think of him like that at all... and he lives on the east coast. (if i offended you sorry, i said most not all 0:))

so anyway, if i get upset with you over something little, i am saying sorry in advance. usually, after i calm down and noticed it's small, i'll apologize anyway... but i'm just giving you a little warning.
